Annie's is our largest suite, and can accommodate up to 4 people. This spacious room features a queen bed and a queen-sized pullout sofa sleeper. You can enjoy a leisurely continental breakfast and in-room morning coffee at your own dinette. Located on the first floor, this suite offers quick and easy access to Spring Street for strolling and shopping. You can also hop on the trolley just outside and explore all Eureka Springs has to offer.

When it's time to relax after a busy day, you can freshen up in your own private bathroom and then relax in a comfy stuffed chair or stretch out on the sofa. Other amenities include: antique furnishings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable TV, individual refrigerator, and your own private table and chairs on our wrap around porch. Private off-street parking is provided for the duration of your stay.

A delicious continental breakfast consisting of fresh croissants, home baked muffins, hot and cold cereals, and fruit is included. We also provide the following complimentary beverages: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, bottled water and a variety of sodas.

Annie's Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The rate for Annie's Suite is $105 per night on weekends and $95 per night on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) for 2 people (add $20.00 for each additional person per night). We do require a 2-night stay on weekends. For stays of 4 consecutive nights (or more) a 20% discount will be applied beginning the 4th night.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. For the convenience of our guests who smoke, we invite you to enjoy the porch where smoking is permitted.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 10 days prior to your reservation you will incur no charges. If you cancel within 10 days prior to your reservation your will be charged for the entire reservation, unless we can rebook the suite. If we can rebook the suite you will not be charged.
There are no refunds for early departure.
